Join Our Team: Lead Dentist Position


Do you have a passion for serving your community? We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to individuals with limited resources. We are currently looking for a team-oriented, customer-focused lead dentist with a valid Colorado license to join our dynamic team. You’ll have the opportunity to serve diverse populations in our busy public health clinic, delivering care that truly makes a difference because everyone deserves a healthy smile!


Position Overview:

•  Salary: $170,000 to $212,500 per year, DOQ

•  Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Graduation from an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree required.

•  Active Colorado dental license in good standing.

•  Experience in preventive care, restorations, removable prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and administering nitrous oxide.

•  CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

•  Public health dental care experience or completion of a 12-month general practice residency preferred.

•  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required; translation tools provided.

•  Familiarity with electronic dental record systems (e.g., Dentrix) is preferred, but training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Provides high-quality dental care to underserved residents in Northern Larimer County.

•  Supervises clinical dental providers.

•  Provides expertise in the development, execution, and monitoring of clinical quality improvements.

•  Works with the Health Services Director to create and meet yearly goals.
