This new publication describes strategies for community health centers to implement their dental assistant training programs. These programs can help enhance dental assistant recruitment and retention. They can also build community capacity by increasing the dental assistant workforce.
Dental Assistant Job Posting Recommendations and Examples
This document was created by the NNOHA Dental Assistant Study Club, which is comprised of dental professionals from community health centers and primary care associations. This resource is intended to be a guide for organizations to develop their own job postings for dental assistants. Organizations should revise language and review their state legislation for requirements for dental assistants. The sample job postings are strictly examples to inform the development of new job postings.
