Professional Background: Irene Hilton, DDS, MPH, served on the Board of Directors for six years before becoming NNOHA’s Dental Consultant in 2011. She recently retired after a long career at the San Francisco Department of Public Health.  She received her DDS degree from UCSF, her MPH at UC Berkeley, completed a dental public health residency at UCSF and is board certified in dental public health. Dr. Hilton works on NNOHA’s HRSA funded technical assistance activities. She a member of the Best Practices Committee of the Association of State & Territorial Dental Directors and the executive committee of the ADA's Dental Quality Alliance and has served in leadership of organized dentistry at the local, state and national level.
